Da●da will accept returns and exchanges on items purchased online that have not been used, worn, or washed, with all original tags attached, for online or in-store credit only.
For Online Returns/Exchanges
Email Da●da at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Consumer is responsible for the shipping costs back to Da●da, and the item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of original online purchase. Upon receipt of items and approval of condition, Da●da will issue an online code for credit to the consumer via text or email (depending on consumer preferences at checkout). This credit will not be eligible for in-store purchases.
For In-Store Returns/Exchanges
Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in either of Da●da's store locations within 14 days of original purchase. Upon receipt of items and approval of condition, Da●da will issue in-store credit. This credit will be accepted in both locations, but it will not be eligible for online use.
Online and in-store credits do not expire.
Da●da Boutique reserves the right to refuse refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14-day return period.
